Depends on traffic. If you are not expecting a lot of traffic you can go ahead with them. Or else siteground.

Nice, IMO. Never had issues. I use NC with many clients, no problems.

Namecheap is the best for domains but their shared hosting is good too. However the most wowtastic thing about them is their customer support. They are so friendly ^^

Namecheap is good if you're starting out. Their support is top notch and they'll help you out with anything, even if it's wordpress related.
If you're not expecting too much traffic, then yeah, go with Namecheap or even siteground.
Once your traffic starts growing, you can always transfer to another host.

Namecheap would work just fine then.
