I have a website which is selling social media services for German people. I am looking for quality German traffic. If somebody there have a fanpages or sites in German, please write me. I can not use Adsense and FB Ads.
Second question is about Fiverr. Some people offer Google Keyword optimised traffic for month, is it worth buying? I think it's a fake traffic from exchange sites - I am right?
