I think overall quality is more important to me. For example I recently had a youtube video go viral, made tons of sales but the support is a joke and people are not having success with the product so I actually feel bad for putting it out there as I did. Yeah I made money from promoting it but now a bunch of people are complaining because the owner isn't handling support on it very well.

I think you are 100% correct. Its imperative our support is stellar, otherwise affiliates won't have faith in the product.
