[Q] Looking for a web app or program to track phone calls and contact information

So I am going to start Cold calling, and need a program to tract some basic information.

1. Persons Name
2. Business Name
3. Phone Number Called
4. Note's

Would be cool to have an apt setter in there but I have a big white board I can right that stuff on.

Does anyone have or know of a program for this kind of thing?

Try to search this in Google and the serps SUCK "track calls made program"!

I just made an excel spreadsheet, some of the sales contact scripts work as well, but for me a simple excel worked best.

I was thinking that, but then comes the idea of calling the same number twice. I see the spreadsheet as being the most upfront way and could give me a little more control.

I see someone posted a few links below, I will check them out and then see if I am better off with one or just using excel.

Thanks, happy to know excel works for someone.

No thanks, this is something that really does not need to be done out-house.

But to anyone else, for now I have looked at a few programs and have decided to go with excel.

Here is a template that MS offers.
