Q: First post, need help with making some cash.

I've been reading this forum for few months now. I have around 700 e-emails that were acquired organically, Fitness IG Page with 2k f + around $100 to play with.
My Question is what can I do to make some cash from this list? They are all interested in weight loss, so I thought about promoting some affiliate links or something IDK.
I would like to hear something from more experience people on the forum, thanks.

Go to clickbank, digistore24 etc. and find some fitness offers, look if they have a jv page for the product and copy their email swipes and put it on where you send emails, change the links to yours and make the changes to the swipe.

Thank's but, how can I avoid going into spam if I send 700 same emails?
