Q: Can I VPN my survey?

So, guys i'm on Crakrevenue and it gives me a survey to spread on the internet to get traffic, and i get money in turn, and I was wondering if i could VPN my self (making my ip change) and do they survey from the VPN, could i get caught or my account get banned? thanks in advance
