Python developer for phone farm automation

Hey, I‘m looking for a developer who can help me with my phone farm project.

I want to manage/automate multiple phones at ones from my PC. The goal is to automate instagram…doing actions such as follow/unfollow. Basically like using a common bot just instead of the ''virtual phones'' I want to use real devices.
