Hi, I newly registered and bought one of the bigger packages, but I wasn't aware this expires within ONE month? I didn't even know there is an expiration date at all, or if so then in far future. If I had known this, I would have bought a very small package and then next month a new one. Seriously, you should have explicitly stated that this expires within one month BEFORE people transfer the money and buy, this would be fairer to your customers.

Besides, another question: Are there any whatsapp numbers for India? I can't find any.

Everytime I request a new number it keeps on saying "Your balance is expired" were I just added today and I think last 2 weeks.

You don't have to worry for expiry date. Just drop us msg on skype or here on bhw we will extend it

I always get the same error:
No free channels available check after sometime.

No matter which country/service I choose.

Please advise on how to proceed?

Like my post said, I created a ticket in your dashboard 4 days ago where I explained the issue in detail.

How about you answer the ticket?

So my review atm is as follows:

NO SUPPORT
NOT WORKING SERVICE
SLOW SITE

NOT RECOMMENDED

Website ticket already replied but i don't know yet which one is you. We working on to have quick response. If you have time then inbox here so that i can directly handle the issue without the support team in between.
