Do you use his services to create Telegram accounts? If the number gets blocked, will the money be refunded to our account?

I sent a message on Telegram on Dec 24. I haven't received a response. Not even in the live chat. I think their support is zero.

We don't offer refunds if account blocked as there are multiple other reason involved. Thank you.

What are the reasons? When a phone number that has been banned on Telegram is put up for sale again, it’s no longer possible to create an account with that same number. Why shouldn’t it be restored?

You said there are too many requests. Is it possible that a number might not be available? Are the numbers from all countries? Can you tell me which numbers have the highest availability for Telegram?
