All numbers are not eligible to receive sms and money only charged if sms comes. Sometimes due to high spam activity on PC the website detect and they never send sms to numbers.

For gmail use usa and make sure both the ip and numbers are from same country also your machine is spam free. Google detects machine that use for making bulk accounts
