Is residential IP blocked？
I will get suspended when I use residential IP，but some of my account applyed by datacenter IP is stay open. It doesn't make sense.

How about 4G ip?

Most likely these residential IPs are shared and any type of shared proxies is high risk. Try dedicated proxies.
 
How dp you create stealth Etsy account guys? I am really searching for if.

But I use luminati proxies which are dedicated in etsy.com
