I have a client that that has a ripoff report posted by an ex employee. The post is about 2 years old and has several comments on it and seems to be unstoppable. We have build 10 different sites and were able to push it down for about 4 months, however now it is back and no amount of link building is pushing it back down. Any ideas?

Those damn ROR's are tough! This is why when I do tackle them, I always charge an ongoing "maintenance" fee because they always want to creep back.
I've just built lots of 2.0 properties, an number of keyword rich domains, etc with the business name as part of the url and backlinked them... usually works to drive it down... sounds like you've done that initially.
