Push strategy for FBI.gov link

Without being too specific, I have an ORM client that was indicted on federal charges a few years back.
The #1 search result is an FBI press release (lucky me)
Looking for some suggestions, thoughts or methodologies from experioenced members.

I've worked on a couple different FBI negatives in the past. Here is the one I'm still tracking. You can see we were able to suppress it very quickly and it's bounced back up one time but been off the first page for a long time. I used a mix of premium content, social media/web 2.0's, PBN's, interviews, guest posts and a few other things. Great content on great sites will rank well.

BHopkins I do appreciate this. Pushing this off page 1 would be considered a victory in this situation.
