Hello. I own few domains where I collect users for push notification. I have access to over 1M users through push. However I cannot monetize them well. I tried a couple of push networks and they are paying CPC of $0.003 and CTRs are horrible and this sounds too low to me when each push reaches over 1M people. Do you have any alternative methods to earn more with push?

so we have no options? I can get each push user as low as $0.01 but cannot earn more than this at the moment for each one.

Good that you have posted something like that, there are shit ton of networks which state that they have like 10% conversion rates for every offer they actually have. But from your messages I see that lot of this shit is just pure bullshit and nothing more.

10% conversion on what? Do they charge/pay for each notification or just when the use clicked? Because CTR can be awfully low. You can keep spamming them but still.
10%+ conversion is doable but only with targeted traffic. If you're going to hit your users with random stuff... it's going to be far from that (well except maybe if you mislead them - fake AV, etc).
Another problem is, targeted traffic can be expensive and difficult to lock in.

Actually that's not that bad as much as you think. I buy push traffic for a while now and i am able to buy in certain days like 7 million push imps, but get like 3000 clicks, which isn't much. Every user is saturated with push ads extremely quick. Who did you try though? You can get more from this much. Have you tried the big dogs? AdMAven, Propeller, megapush, Datspush, Rich push, MGID?
There's tons of companies right now but if they got shitty ads to show the users, no wonder it's not working

If push traffic is untargeted it’s the same crap as pop traffic. If traffic is targeted, eg. They made a choice to subscribe at your site then you will see a better performance from the traffic on the site.
The CTR on display ads is about 1% no need to expect more, the only thing you can do is to increase quantity of paid ad impressions and your CPM/CPC rates.
Propeller ads is crappy ad network, the same as many other push networks, the only good push traffic you can get is the one that you will subscribe yourself.
The ads that are displayed on your site are out of your control but depend on the user browsing history, interests, and other data including his location and device. You have no control over what type of ad to show and you cannot show only most expensive ads.
The only thing you can do is to setup ad server and make ad networks compete for each ad impression letting the highest bid win.

Actually, all these “loose weight, quit smoking, dating smart link, medicine” ads work really nice in terms of monetization. They make up the majority of ads on the internet. As for me the best companies to monetize my push users that you guys mentioned here are AdMaven, Datspush, and MGID.

Yea when I was looking around I noticed a lot of people using MGID, but my strategy was to buy traffic (cloak my landing page as most of networks won't allow looping users...), lock it in and then spam them as much as possible. Didn't really ROI well so I decided to pull the plug. Not to mention recent updates by G00gle, which will only make things harder - then again it was bound to happen.
