I used to have a lot of back pain due I stopped training MMA on the lockdown.
I bought this beautiful device here:
9fKPKuP

And it now has changed my body entirely after doing increasing 10 to 50 per day for 3 months now.

I don't like the stuff of before and after, so I won't upload body pictures. But I will document my increases on daily pull ups.
PD: My back doesn't hurt anymore.

Which exercises changed your life?

I think the back pain is from your MMA injury

Joke aside, exercise indeed can reduce back pain. Don't forget to buy quality chair

Dips brother, favourite compound exercise hands down.
Thanks, man, I will have to add that recipe to the equation too!

Indeed. I will find an ergonomic chair that makes you balance your legs. Will find out because when I code I tend to get like very curve back.

I have many exercises in the many programs I've ran, but my favorite one out of all of them is the lat pulldown for sure.

Also face pulls as they've done a crazy job at fixing my posture and shoulder health which now finally enables me to bench press pain free again after years.

Try a standing desk mate. I lift every day and all my joint aches went away when I started working while standing more. No more tight hips and lower back for me

Deadlift for me. A stronger lower back fixed a lot of back pain. Who knew a strong back would help with sitting at a desk all day?

Cool, I have a TRX. I can do face pulls the right way with it?

I didn't know that. That can be done with low weight and rather lots of repetitions?
Cause I see many tend to carry more weight eventually.

i just adore pull ups

the secret of Superman T-figure is pull ups for upper back

wide grip pull ups will make you look athletic after 2-3 months!

my maximum for usual pull ups was 24, now 4 :D but the figure still looks athletic

I use these kind of latex bands that I can wrap around anything. TRX can also be used for them, but they are pretty difficult. Try looking for latex bands, I got a 3 pair set with different resistance for like €10

You are right, I had a belly and a small back. Now back is expanding.
I usually do bicycle too for the legs and torso. I like mountain biking but I had an injury a while ago which makes me hesitant to keep looking for adventures in the mountains lol.

Nice! my wife had those, but is this it?

The perks of having a healthy body will surprise your mind. So always choose being fit over everything else!

I used to have a back pain while sitting in the office chair.
I switched to grandma's solution and now use only 30 year old armchair.

I found there are 2 things that contribute to back pain in the office work.
The cushion of the chair. If it's hard, you'll struggle.
The 2nd issue is the amount of free space. You should be able to freely move your legs to the outside.

Actually even $1000 office chairs are uncomfortable to me. It must have something to do with materials used.and the fact they enforce very straight posture which really isn't natural if sitting.
it feels like a tailbone is digging into my ass. It gets horrible after 10 hours. No way to sleep well.

I expected to see an affiliate link too cause post is well written like some "weight loss" products :d

I recommend doing pushups and squats for those who are working at home. It's fucking killer exercise and revolution because all you do is lift your body weight.
And if you don't let someone close you in the cubic space, you will feel like the man because you will be able to do pushups during breaks in your work.

And I've been wondering how much weight I will be able to lift in the gym if I reach the point of 100 pushups without breaks.
I believe this is a perfect preparation for weightlifting because you develop strength without help of external weights and the only enemy is your weak body.

I could start a blog on that... I genuinely believe my back pain experiences would help 1000s of people.
As a kid I've had the dream of having a popular blog network. Now I can plant a tree and see the dream come true in the next 10 years...
And I'm grateful there is no time machine in the universe. This makes it feel like an adventure.

I suppose, but why not build up and get stronger?
