proxy's or vpn's to warming up fb accounts ?

hello all, this my first post in this category , i'am trying to warming up some fake facebook accounts to share my future blog posts that will be monitized by adsense in similar niche fb groups, and I heard that i have to use a proxy to hide my IP to avoid being blocked by facebook robots , but my question is why it's better to use a proxy than a vpn ,I saw course regarding the difference between a vpn and a proxy and apparently the vpn sends packets encrypt, so better perform than the proxy's, but since everyone advises me to use a proxy for warming up fake accounts, so i want to know your opinion on the subject and wath proxy or vpn you advice me to use , is fotspotshield a good one ?,it's my first experience in warm up fb accounts. and ty all :).

My experience with vpn is very bad. The whole pack of accounts was banned after 3 days (about 15 accounts). Use clean proxies and a good anti-detection browser and everything will be fine

use proxy, vpn will disabled account instantly.
 
How many accounts are you going to warming up? if 5-6 account then you don't need proxies or VPN your home IP is enough and use a different browser for each account.

i try it and doesn't work , i think i'am blacklisted because my real fb ads account was flagged , and i have already warm up 2 accounts the last year and its work but since i forgot the login and the password , but i have a new compter and a new router so a new ip and whan i try to creat an account , they ask for picture verification after some hours and block the account the day after , i don't no why ? i use the mozilla private browser and ccleaner to delete the cache memory , and nothing , its maybe because of creating a e'mail just before creating the fb account ? or because i log in my private account ho is black listed and the fake account in the same ip , so they know ho iam and what i'am trying to do ? :p
