proxyrack withheld affiliate payment

I was getting a couple of sales for them back in 2018 when KYC and verification on their site wasn't neeeded. I sent a request now asking they to payout what they owe me but told me i would have to provide KYC and full name.

Here is what it says in their faq:


No payment was sent out at all and this was in 2017-2018!


The first one which is paid i remember sending them a message telling them that they forgot to payout and then they sent it but the rest of them are withheld.

Short what happend.
I earned 40$ with their affiliate in 2017-2018 when kyc wasnt needed.
they forgot/didnt send out payment
i now find this out in 2020 and they now have kyc verification.
they try to force me to kyc when it's their mistake that payment hasnt been sent out

They are a user here on this forum and have a selling thread, is there anything I can do?

I believe we already settled this. Can you confirm its been settled for you now?

Additionally our FAQ does say we require KYC and that you must request the payout:

That is not how it was when he signed up.

Still a garbage move on your part for 40.00 USD.

Actually yes it was a requirement back then but we didn't use that help docs system.
Our process hasn't changed we only changed our billing verification provider.

Since the beginning of our service:
- You have to request a payout
- You have to provide billing detials

And because you did not cross the T's and dot the I's you tried to hose this guy out of 40.00 and he had to hit up a staff member to get paid.
