Misleading Proxy6 terms of use
I bought a proxy from Proxy6, but ran into a problem: it doesn't work with Steam. I contacted support and was told that their proxies are not designed to work with Steam, referring to the information in the FAQ.
However, when I purchased it was not explicitly stated anywhere that the proxies do not support working with Steam. There is no warning banner on the site, nor is there a note where the customer is required to agree to the restrictions before paying. To simply hide this important information in the FAQ, without explicitly notifying the customer, I believe is misleading.
Also, my task was not limited to Steam, but with other software (like Ino-Multichat) proxies worked with restrictions. As a result, I didn't get the full functionality I was hoping for.
The support offered no solutions except repeated attempts to reconnect and standard excuses about “reading FAQ”. Such attitude to customers is unacceptable in my opinion.
If you buy proxies for specific tasks, be ready for restrictions that you may not be informed about in advance. I do not recommend this service.

just don't buy Proxy6, their proxies are not same as advertised. it sucks! even in their own proxy checker the generated proxies that they've provided to me getting all errors. lol. and since day 1 i bought the proxies at January 19th 2k25, i was asking the refund due to i was really unsatisfied and it can't be used at all even any single proxy! with their customer support i need to send an email to their support in order to make a refund and need to wait until 14 day business days. and nowaday February 8th they lied to me. i didn't received my refund yet. damn, they just lied to me twice. really don't recommend ever this merchant named Proxy6. the worst ever proxy provider i've ever tried.

As far as I can see, there is a delay in payment of several days. This happens sometimes, and there will be a payout. As for the return message. When applications are accepted by mail, we do not indicate in the message that the application has been accepted, it is automatically queued.

then why you take so long to process? i've been also experienced with similar situation like this with other merchants regarding refund due to their proxies are not as advertised. but they only take 5 days to process my refund payout.

It's different for everyone, it takes so much time because it's a crypt. If we consider other payment methods, such as Robocass, or payze, it is much faster there.
