Yesterday I bought 100 ipv4 proxies for creating accounts in instagram using igramtool, however when trying to create the accounts it showed the message saying that the proxies are already blocked by instagram, so I bought 100 flagged proxies. I would like to change the 100 proxies or receive full refund please.

The buy page doesn't even work for me. I can't enter anything in the country field to see the price or buy now.
 
Don't bother with this provider, tried noumerous proxies and replaced all of them and still are Instagram Flagged.

I have bought about 5 proxies from them but they all had a slight problem. I have bought proxies both from france or spain, and the location of the proxy is always from netherlands, If I check the IP address it says it is from the suposed country ( france or spain) but when I google anything, google thinks Im in the netherlands and for example if I go to paypal it takes me to the dutch page. Is this normal with proxy providers?

terrible service. paypal 10 dollars to my account, didn't show up. taking over 24 hrs to even get a response from support.
