Do you have brand new static isp proxies which you can spawn up on request which do not sit in contaminated subnets?

Hi,
At the moment, we do not have brand-new ISP subnets that can be spawned on demand. New networks appear periodically, but they are not available for instant or guaranteed issuance by request.
Regarding “contaminated” or flagged subnets — there is no universal automated way to guarantee this.
The only reliable approach is manual verification of specific IPs or subnets (history, reputation, basic checks), which we can do on a case-by-case basis.
If you have particular requirements or want us to manually review a set of IPs before purchase, let us know — we can discuss what is realistically possible.
We prefer to be upfront rather than promise something we can’t reliably guarantee.
