I see alot of people talking about proxy's and warming up before you bot......

Is this essential? If so -

Do you have any recommendations for a proxy seller?

Also how do you usually warm up your accounts??

if you need insta proxies, top and bottom
line of my sig should cover it. good day.

Are proxy's essential though? I run 6 instagram pages from my house hold.

You can get away with having no proxies with 6 accounts. If you want to scale any further you'll need proxies.

just dont go above 2/3 per proxy, remember when 1 acc gets banned
u can scrub that proxy and the other accs on it.
keep is small n simple less loss.
