Proxy Vs VPN

Hello I am new to spamming for money type of things and lately it has been doin good for me. I had 10 fake USA fb accounts but whenever I use them it asks for verification becuase I am from asia so is there any way to get around it with VPN or proxy? Whih will be best . Plus i dont use bots so I will use extensions for proxy or shall I use vpn ?

Try using HMA VPN and access your facebook accounts, there shouldn't be any problem with it.
