So wanted to buy residential proxies
So saw this package 5 Ports for 25$
IP Change Every 10 Min.
Which I didn't get
They will give 5 ip addresses and each one will change every 10 mins?
Or what do they mean with 5 ports..

If per exemple, its one ip address..
I login at 10:10 so it will change on 10:20 right?
But if I login with same proxy (other browser) at 10:15 so it will change on 10:20 or 10:25?

No, the server will control when it changes. Ask the provider to tell you at which minute the IP will rotate.

5 ports = 5 different IP's at any time. Each port will change the end IP(the one websites see) every 10 minutes.

This will likely depend on the provider, as each uses different language in their advertising.

From my knowledge "5 ports" should mean you get 5 different completely independent backconnect rotating proxies, and something like "5 threads" would mean you can have 5 established connections to the same proxy at any time, but again you'll need to contact the provider to verify this as there's no concrete rules.

Whether you are connected to the proxy or not should not change how it rotates, however I can imagine a provider programming this differently to save computational power, so again you should verify this with the provider.
