Proxy location?

New to black hat world. Im using jarvee to automate my clients accounts - 8 in total.

6 got banned last weekend for not using proxies i believe.
2 are back online and i expect the rest to follow suite.

Ive bought instagram proxies now from highproxies. 5 are in the uk and 5 are spread across europe.

Would it be a bad idea to use the european proxies on these accounts now?
or should i keep them on the uk proxies?
isit even ok to start automating again so soon after a lifted ban?

Update - i messaged my proxy provider and they gave me all uk proxies.

however i do still want to know if its safe to run automation on these accounts?
