Proxy company suggestions with features close to Smartproxy?

Features I am looking for:

- Rotating IP (After defining the single IP I should be able to access the proxes. I don't wanna drown in ports)
- Unlimited Thread
- At least a few million IPs
- IP authorization (Whitelist)
- $50 - $80 fee

I guess there is only one option : Smartproxy

Yes, this is a small market, Smartproxy is a "smart" proxy provider choose smart targeted users when compared with Luminati, cheaper than it, and good features, as you noted,

- Rotating IP Ports lists
- Unlimited Thread
- At least a few million IPs
- IP authorization (Whitelist)

Some of the cheap providers like proxy-cheap, limited function when compared with smartproxy...

So...hard to find competitors

What location do you need your proxies to be from? The budget often varies based on the location that IP address belongs to. For example, for US proxies, the minimum monthly subscription will cost you at least $140.
