When creating a google play console, is it necessary to use a proxy with IP of the country of the ID ?

Like I have a moroccan ID, so should I use a proxy poroviding IP in Morocco? Or not important?

do you provide google play developer account.?
 
Usually, there is no need of proxy for creating google play console until it is banned in your country. You can try without proxy if it works for you. If it doesn't work, you can use a proxy service to be on safer side.

I want to use prowy because I already had a console in my laptop and got terminated. So I will need proxy to avoid multiple account termination
 
it is not necessary to use a proxy with an ip from the same country as your id when creating a google play console. i think not impact the account creation process.

Oh so u will need an antidetect browser, too, change IP by using proxy is not enough. You can find it through marketplace, there are many option for you: dolphin anty, identory, hidemyacc...

it's not necessary, but I recommend it because it makes it easier to activate your account in a very short time.

Ideally use everything under GEO + use maps and documents you haven't used before

It's not neccessary but suggested to use proxies.
