Really, I'm thinking about ipburger proxy but Ipburger proxy cost high for newbie but works great.

dont bother with Ipburger, DNS in other countries , ipleaks, ips randomly showing up in other countries, over priced and most of their IPs show up blacklist on sites.

Not at all friend. A lot of negative feedbacks on their site, making the stealth accounts suspended. Their datacenter IPs are only good for spamming, but not on ebay and paypal or amazon. Good thing, they're offering residential IPs now.
It is still the best to use the REAL residential/mobile IPs.

They are getting worse, their Ip keep Jumping, i was getting suspended because of them, so i do not recommend
