ipburger is actually one of the most solid vpn’s for ebay on the market and has proven to work well.

Not at all friend. A lot of negative feedbacks on their site, making the stealth accounts suspended. Their datacenter IPs are only good for spamming, but not on ebay and paypal or amazon. Good thing, they're offering residential IPs now.
It is still the best to use the REAL residential/mobile IPs.

Residential IP kinda costy. Do you have cheap and reliable one?

UK residential IPs are really expensive. But i've found reliable USA residential IPs for $10.00 a month.

have you heard good feedback with using IPburgers residential IPs? or are you saying both their VPN's AND new residential IP solution are both bad?

I mean residential or mobile IPs are the best yuo can use. Don't use the datacenter IPs as much as possible.
And nope, i wont recommend the ipburger resi ip as it's dynamic, it changes your IP every 30 mins. You will be locked from paypal is that's the case.
