Proxies or VPN?

yes, guys are right. Proxy or VPN depends on your needs/work.

This may be a silly question, but can someone tell me the difference between a Proxy and a VPN?

Straight answer, Proxy is better.

Although proxies are more expensive but it is more difficult to pin by most website.

Its mostly used for account management.

Vpn on the other hand is easier to decode by most websites, they can see that you are accessing their website through a masked Vpn and will quickly ban your account.

VPN is used to bypass sites’ restrictions but the provider is scorched so it’s clear why you are changing IP.

Provider will be home WiFi or mobile operator when you use proxy so it’s not clear that you use proxy and the quality is higher than VPN.

If you want to run ads (for example on Facebook) you’d better use proxy. If you want to see how competitor advertising look in other countries use VPN.

Hi,
is VPN legal to use?
VPN is a connection to a foreign server and work through it. That is, if any site that even sells, for example, bicycles, is hosted on a foreign hosting - and on this site you upload your information for the purchase (name / phone number, or if it is a social network on foreign servers - then upload your profile picture) - you already you work through a foreign server, but this is not illegal.

From this point of view, connecting to a foreign server and opening other sites through it is then also not illegal, although some countries may declare VPNs illegal. But how to technically implement this is not possible, otherwise you need to block all foreign servers, which will affect the shutdown and operation of other vital services within the country.

So is it legal or illegal - the question is rather rhetorical

Which is best depends on who you ask, when you ask, and what you use it for. To give you a quick info dump on some technicals: for most part, both keep your actual IP hidden. Most websites and services have a log of VPN IPs so they may not know your actual IP, but they know you're connecting to them through a VPN and will do with that information as they see fit. Mobile proxies, for example, makes it so your connection comes from a physical mobile device with an IP of that location and provider. If you have a California proxy, then the website you're using will see your connection as some phone in California. Hope that helps.
What effect does it have on social media account creation like youtube/instagram/tiktok? Do you get shadow banned if you use Expressvpn vs 4g proxy?

It depends on what you will use it for, can u tell us why u would use it?

Even for regular accounts(not botting)?
If you need 2 or 3 accounts, you can create them from your computer and home Wi-Fi, but if you need more, you will have to use proxy and anti-detect browsers.

You could get a ban if you create several accounts from one IP and one computer. The Website would mark it like fraud.

That’s why you need to change IP (use proxy, for example) before creating the next account. Better to use anti-detect browser to imitate several computers.

With proxy, vpn is very different. With proxy, you can manage your social media accounts. With vpn, you can use it to log in to banned sites or browse the web.

Proxies will change IP on your browser only, VPN on your entire computer. So for multiaccounting proxy is better choice. VPN for basic use. I guess, you can also use both

So I`m looking for 3 reddit accounts I can make them off one computer no proxy and by fine?
