TBH traffic from most types of proxies will show up in Google Analytics, but on the proviso that the bot you use them with is capable of executing GA javascript and providing all the datapoints needed to look like a legit end user.

Residential or mobile. Mobile is more harder to detect tho.

If you're trying to send fake traffic that looks real in GA, you'll want to use residential or mobile proxies. These have real ISP-assigned IPs, so the traffic appears more legit compared to datacenter proxies, which are easier to detect and often flagged.
Also, make sure your user agents, referrers, and behavior (like time-on-page, scrolls, etc.) are randomized.
If you're managing multiple sessions or want more control over browser fingerprints, pairing proxies with an antidetect browser like hidemyacc, gologin, or multilogin can help make the traffic look even more realistic.

I tried a few famous VPN software, GA did not detect the traffic from them or probably ignored it!!

I wouldn’t recommend going down the fake traffic route, as it can really hurt your site in the long run. But to answer your question, people usually use residential or rotating proxies to make the traffic look real. That said, it’s risky and can get you into trouble with Google. Just my two cents!

Interesting finding about the VPNs. GA likely ignores traffic from known VPN IPs or if the 'visitor' (the bot you used) doesn't properly execute the necessary analytics javascript – that's why quality residential/mobile proxies combined with a capable bot are usually needed to register realistic-looking traffic.

Any type of dinamyc proxies. Organic behavior on the page is more important.
