Are there good proxies in the marketplace that can be used for ebay and paypal? has anyone here on bhw bought proxies that worked perfectly with ebay and paypal? I am interested.

I looked on the proxies for sale segment but haven't found any review on anyone using the proxies with ebay, I would like ebay users here to help me out, I would really appreciate some suggestions on what proxy services work best with ebay and paypal.
