Hey, I have a discord Adult community where i post OF stuff, but I want to insure anonymity so that I don't receive any DMCA or discord being on my ass in some way. Currently I use an isolated OS with a no log vpn the discord accounts works perfectly fine but will proxies be more better for DMCA?? im thinking of using proxies with dolphin anty browser.

In general VPNs are alright as far as anonymity goes, but keep in mind VPN IPs are all virtually known as coming from VPNs. Proxy IPs (particularly mobile proxies) are different because it looks like just any residential IP of the location you selected so take that information into consideration. Although, I'm quite certain Discord the service doesn't issue DMCAs on their app as far as I'm aware. For DMs anyway since servers have their own rules and ways to go about these things.

The server is mine and the members are organic. I don't do DMs advertising.

the owner of ping_proxies recommended me that I should use Static Residential ISP Proxy would that be safe enough?

and can i first use the vpn then using proxy for the discord account? or are there any drawbacks of it.

You don’t need to use discord as the App version, open in browser, when it asks you to open in app, decline and in the next step you can still join.
So a normal normal Browser (e.g. Firefox with Canvas Blocker / user agent plugin) would be good to spoof your fingerprints - and yes, VPN -> Proxy are an extra layer of security.
That should actually work.

I assume you are working on a PC / Laptop, since you mentioned that you have an isololated OS.

yes, I'm working on PC I use Brave Browser for operating.

Can you guide me a bit on how to setup VPN -> proxy ?

I use Mullvad Browser and planning on using a static residential isp proxy so that I can list my server without getting flagged for using a vpn.

Discord has been trying to hand out law suit threats to people like it's candy lately word around town. So if it's something you truly scared of I would just back away from the space. The business you are doing must be very worthwhile if you consider continuing in my opinion.

A static ISP is what you need. Before choosing an agent, can you conduct a test first to ensure that it can meet your requirements?
