The thing you have to do when going over 'which proxies do I buy' is that you don't solely look at 'Has this IP ever been used before?' only
Instagram looks at the ranges of the IP address(es)
For example, if you're going to get a proxies from an average supplier, then chances are high that he'll deliver proxies from the same IP ranges that someone else used proxies from
Instagram easily identifies these and will flag them, you won't notice. But at the next tiny bit of suspicion, you will get a block or have to verify yourself.
It's obvious too, if lots of proxies are coming from a specific range and instagram gets to know that lots of accounts are tied to this IP range, they will flag any other uses of that IP range in the future
They don't just simply look at IP's solely.
Now, the quality suppliers ask you whether you use IG or any other website for the proxies, so they don't give you the same semi-dedicated proxies that someone else used for that service
And some of them do also know that IG & FB use the same system so they also don't allow these 2 services to be tied to the specific proxies BUT I would guess that most supplier don't think about it.
Anyway, just make sure you get a reliable supplier for your proxies.
Most importantly, spend a bit more $ if you can get private proxies, it's worth it AS LONG as you know what you're doing with your accounts.
Hope it was a learnful read for you. Feel free to discuss below, I reply quickly
