Hi everyone, night dark. Me researching how to build own Rotating mobile proxies. Come across company Proxidize. Website looks trustworthy. checks Scamadviser, said "registrar of this website is popular amongst scammers", "did not find reviews on popular review sites", "Pulsedrive reports elevated risk with this website." Me want to buy, but many red flags. No reviews, elevated risk, and registrar used by scammers. Has anyone tried Proxidize before and is it legit?

Main concern around having to use their hardware, you need to hook their hardware directly to your router. I know routers can easily be hacked into with just a single usb-drive. Don't want my personal information to get hacked and leaked. Please if anyone has tried their product is it safe? Thanky

Lacking such credible assurance around their hardware security and privacy standards, it may be safest to avoid home router installation of unknown closed hardware from newly established providers without verifiable trust and reviews.

Alternatively, you could consider more reputable and reviewed software-based proxy solutions that don't require questionable hardware. Or free open-source options you can inspect and configure yourself for transparency.

Ultimately, weigh the privacy risks of allowing an opaque hardware appliance with elevated scam warnings into your home network lacking security validations. Proceed with abundant skepticism and caution.

You don't have to put it in your home network with access to the fridge, microwave and children PC's.

Learn about isolation in local networks, VLAN.

When considering a new service, especially one that requires direct interaction with your hardware, it's crucial to conduct thorough research and due diligence. Given the concerns you've raised about Proxidize, coupled with flags from Scamadviser and Pulsedrive, it's important to proceed with caution. Before making any purchasing decisions, reach out to the Proxidize team directly with your questions. Additionally, see if you can find forums, online communities, or other platforms where similar services are discussed and ask for user feedback there. If there are very few or no verifiable positive reviews and testimonials, consider exploring other well-reviewed alternatives in the market. Remember, ensuring the security of your personal and business information should always be a top priority.

As long as you will configurate your wan access to not accept any pings it's good to use. Requires a little knowledge but if your router is correctly setup there is nothing to be scary about

Sorry to dig this up from a while back but can you expand a little bit on the safest setup with a router to avoid any risk (I'm a real laymen when it comes to this level of tech) ? Also do you know if the software is also safe to install on my home computer or if that has its own risks ?
Thanks!

Yes, they did, but they raised their prices so much that it’s no longer suitable for most proxy users. There are more affordable alternatives available.
