I’m exploring the idea of setting up an affiliate program for my SaaS/agency business - basically paying a commission to anyone who sends over a qualified lead or sale. Has anyone here tried this?

• Did it actually bring in customers?
• What commission structure worked best (percentage of sale, flat fee per lead, tiered rewards)?
• Any tips on tracking, tools, or pitfalls to watch out for?

If you are new to this, its better to join a network and let them get the work done and pay them per sale basis.
