OK, I know there are a bunch of you that are into taking care of your bodies and many of you are into supplements and such.
One of my doctors suggested that I find a protein product that I can stand for a minor issue I am having so I'm asking for suggestions, ideas, thoughts, and whatever else you can offer an idiot in that space.
I do not mind paying for a premium product as long as it does what it should do.
I'm no kid, I'm in my mid 60's so I do not know if that comes into play in that area so those of you that are knowledgeable have that tiny bit of information.
I would prefer a powder that can be mixed with almost anything other than milk (almond milk and other alternatives are fine) and I don't care if it tastes like rancid dragon meat that is 6,000 years old or tastes like something from a 3 Stared Michelon restaurant. The goal is to put on some weight using a product, or products, that will help me achieve that.
I could go to a musclehead forum, read, get ideas, and then take action but that would have me trusting people I do not know and I know a lot of you from my years as a member on the forum as well as having the opportunity to serve as a moderator here.
So, if you have that knowledge, and do not mind helping a brother out, I'm all ears and appreciate any input you may offer as to what makes sense to use that is sold on Amazon.
