Property Listing Theme?

Hi all - hope you're all well.

My sister is looking at creating a website and has asked me to do some digging in regards to a possible WP theme / plugins that could allow for her to do what she's thinking of doing.

She wants to start a website like this for some friends she knows in Spain that own villas. Similar to homeaway [DOT] co [DOT] uk

Does anyone know of any WP theme and plugins that could accommodate a site like Homeaway?

So allowing for owners to post their properties, charging them XXX amount per year, allowing them to maintain a calender of availability for their property, and the ability to send the owners a message through a form.

Really, everything (or as much as) Homeaway does. Doesn't necessarily need to be WP, but at the moment she hasn't come up with much online so I thought I'd ask here.

You should check out Theme Forest .net. You can search for 'Wordpress property' and it will show up some nice results. Price is usually <$45.

If you find something interesting, go to gaakscom (add a . in between ). Most templates are nulled (free to download) on that website

Hey there... did you find something? I'm looking to do the same sort of thing in Thailand and am also looking for a Wordpress template to do it. I would love to know which theme you decided to use and how it's working out for you.
