Propeller

I run ts and cloak with jci, looking for someone who can guide me to successfully cloak propellerads. I ran a campaign for $100 with them and got several calls, way more than $100 worth of unoptimized traffic would get me elsewhere usually. I will pay handsomely for someone who truly comes through and helps me keep the account alive. Im also open to other networks, I would like to know the ins and outs of a few premium networks so I can always have at least one campaign up and running for stability. Thanks a bunch in advance.

You might be better off posting to the Hire a Freelancer section. Have you asked the JCI support staff about specific networks?
