Promoting My TV Business

You manufacture your own TVs? Okay, not to be harsh, but why would anyone choose your TVs over established brands?

My Country is on the verge of boycotting Chinese products.
Even though it's only raised by the politicians and only being implemented the true patriots.

i'm using that as an advantage to myself. And that is why they would choose my brand.
Our only competitor is Xiaomi, and like xiaomi does, we are targetting the middle class and lower than that people. A LED in every house.
Hope you get my idea, i don't if i should be revealing this in the open, i'll delete once i get a reply or within few hours.

Can you compete on price and features with the Chinese brands? There are two main TV Buyers, the high end and low end. The high end rarely, if ever go for new brands. The low end is cheaper and might have some features, might not. To move to mid-level or high end you need to be in the market for years and have a great track record. I've seen several low end TV brands and the way they've moved up is offering low pricing, working out deals with retailers, and from there they start bringing out newer products with higher prices.

Look at Hyundai or Kia. In the United States they were the cheapest cars and weren't considered very good. Now they are considered fairly decent and reliable cars. They didn't do this instantly.

The same goes for TV manufacturers. You have low end brands like TCL, Westinghouse (which has been around for many years), store branded TV's like Insignia, Sceptre and several other brands. The common denominator and reason they made a decent amount of sales is because they started selling cheap.

Vizio started as a low cost TV brand. Over the years they were able to raise their prices and they are now considered a good brand.

There are also big companies like Hyundai that sold TVs but I guess the brand never caught on, at least in the United States.

Thank you for taking time to give some insight about the market.
We are doing the same thing as you said. Targetting the low end buyers with cheap Prices but good quality.
