I'm planning on testing a few CB offers by sending paid traffic to a squeeze page, then linking to the offer from the thank you page. The problem is I don't think it's possible to separate the subscribers who purchased the offer from those who didn't. Ideally, they should on different lists so I can create a more targeted follow up email sequence.

Yes, I'm aware
Your biggest problem will be with the paid traffic, if it is from a general traffic supplier then most of it will be bots, it will be untargeted and you won't get many (if any) conversions.
You can track who subscribed and purchased and who didn't with a tracking pixel.

Yes, I'm aware of CB integrated sales reporting but I don't think it solves the problem I referred to in my question.

With a tracking pixel you can see and separate who subscribed and purchased, who subscribed and didn't purchase.
You have a pixel on the clickbank order page, and on the email sub page.

How are you handling the emails? Most of the email marketing companies should provide instructions.
You should be able to use Google Analytics.

Maybe I'm missing something but to be able to do what I described you would need to identify who purchased by email and Clickbank only provides that information to vendors, not affiliates.

You are sending them to a landing page, so you can track them from there.

Most of it is for vendors but affiliates can still use some of it.

I might be wrong but I thought it was possible to do. Anyway contact CB support and they will tell you for sure, let us know what they say.

Forgive me OP, it is late at night where I am and it might be time for my bed. I overlooked that part of you being an affiliate so might have been talking complete bollocks.
Check with @mancar487 , he is a ClickBank expert and should be able to tell you what is possible and what isn't. Good luck.

Thanks, I appreciate it.

@runningfree73 I don't reckon there is a way of achieving this automatically, since customer information (emails and names) is not passed on to affiliates. I can think of two work-arounds for this
1) If you are working with a helpful vendor, he/she could send you a list of customers (eg weekly) who purchased from your hoplinks, and you could subtract these from the non-buyers list
2) On your page you could offer a bonus to people who buy from your link. Ask them to email you with their order number, and you could send them the bonus (eg a relevant ebook). It could take some time to do this manually but you could automate this with the help of a tech person

Hope this helps!

That's about what I suspected. Thanks for your help.
