Promoting a blog with just $15

I am new to blogging and I want to earn something a little decent running ads on it. I have just $15 to spend and don't know the best way to spend it. I need your experienced advice here. My blog is 3 months old and provides hardware repair solution to certain android phones used in Nigeria. Organic daily visit from google is 20. I need to improve on this. Please help.

Use FB Ads for promoting your blogs. It is cheap if you post something the services page or some post in your blog to post at FB page and just boots it. 5$ would atleast get 2k-5k views. Be sure to optimize the social snippet and images of that post so for high CTR when you boost that post in the page.

Yes on boosted ads. I did not say website.

Try to do some guest blogging. That is free and you will get traffic back from it if done well.
