Project: use Xrumer or other tool to post content to discussion forums

Hello,

I have a project that involves posting content to as many discussion forums and other chat rooms / discussion forums as possible.

I am looking for someone that can easily use X-RUMER or another tool to do the following:

1. Find lots of discussion forums, blogs, chat rooms, etc. that match the criteria / topics I am looking for
2. Post the content I specify to these forums on a regular basis

I would prefer to work through Elance, Odesk, but if you prefer to work privately then that is ok as well.
