Looking for someone to use Chat api and modify it so that we can schedule whatsapp message and pictures.
user interface should be on web application.
Eg, Hi see you there at 5pm (scheduled send at 10am)
Do take note, Im not interested in bulk sms spamming. Who trusts a guy that spams whatsapp and is going to sell his home.
