Programmer needed

I work in the live chat department of our call centre and we get bonuses based on a CSS ( customer's satisfaction score) that customers give us after they leave the chat. I need a programmer who can build a bot that will connect to live chat, start a chat with a random pre-set query and simply disconnect the chat while giving maximum score to that particular agent. Obviously I am willing to pay, please let me know if it can be done. Cheers
