Program to share one post to groups?

Hey, I'm looking for a free tool that lets me share a post on my page to my personal wall and to 40-50 groups I am in.
Massplanner is perfect for this, but I only need this feature, and don't want to pay 10 dollars a month just for this.
Any other tools out there?

Are the accounts dosen't get blocked by fb, if yes, how can i get it, thx
