Once again it may seem obvious to some but thinking outside the box to others.....here is a method that l sometimes use that my daughter Becky uses a lot to make a few thousand quickly when there is a need for some extra cashflow.........

When your thinking of what membership websites to start, l always start with how am l going to get the traffic, how expensive will it be? so this little method gets around both questions straight away.

Hands up who would want as many JV's as they could handle in as many red hot niches as they could handle?

Hands up who like access to as many red hot mailing lists in those red hot niches?

Yes you all would ...last question...........how would you like as many of these red hot niches JV's competing with each other to be your partner in an exclusive members website that they run and you pick up 50% of the profits...all of you l bet.

So where do you find these people? Honestly this little bit of information l am giving you for free is so valuable that l could charge for it and start my own how to start a members club with but you get it free today , don't forget to press the thanks button....

Let's start with ebay how many categories do they have......l think it around 27,000 including some sub-categories and they all havean resident expert residing within them, they are called Power Sellers.

These Power Sellers all have large list of customers just ripe for an email about a product or new members club.......l know this works because my daughter started one called the auction newbies club and got over a 1000 new members inside two weeks at 15usd each....repeating passive income paid for a car and her holidays each year.

Thes power sellers are up for a jv if you approach them right, the same for a new members website.

Here's just one niche you could go after and it would be a big winner.......lots of women like to bake wedding cakes and love to do the piping and decoration of the cakes.....they call it sugarcraft....it's massive and lends itself to videos on a monthly basis....ask your mother in law .

Although l have not gone after this market yet be sure tht when l get time l will apply exactly the same systems as we have discussed but l will still tell you what they are as they can never be saturated as the markets are too big and too diverse.

Readdy....we have covered ebay....what about Facebook? what about Myspace l know for a fact that one of our old members RUCK first made his money with myspace on a members website with mystery shoppers they took 32,000 dollars in the first month alone.

Just how many categories , groups etc do Facebook and myspace have? help yourselves.

I was just surfing on ebay and came up with a great product idea. I was wondering how well they rebill?

Have you ever thought about using a facebook group as a method of delivering content? Like a private group with people asking for invites and verifying that with paypal or whatever your processor is?

Well a wordprocessor would do wonders

such as openoffice

similar to the microsoft office package only free

I came across the perfect membership website the other day and its combined with a viral effect that builds thousands of backlinks that drive your website or pages to the first page on the search engines.

I am prepared to discuss this one with anyone who has the ability to write the program and would guarantee a huge membership from almost day one and would grow rapidly.

I wonder if there will be any takers.

I am definitely interested in this type of membership, but I'm definitely not a programmer/coder.

Hi Tamara no need to be a programmer or a coder l am going to make all of this as easy as it can be so that absolute newbies can make money at this, they will be able build some sustainable income that they can maintain or simply sell for a big chunck of money but still need you to participate and ask your questions so everyone can benefit without having to pay out to learn this stuff.

what are your thoughts about trading signals membership sites?
is this niche to hard? will it require to much time to keep maintaining?
will it be too hard to get members for this niche?

I think this is your quick answer http://www.tradefxplus.com/ they are number one for free trading signals but you know that there is always an upsell down the road thats how they get their list built first with free trading signals, then they convert them later as you know the forex market is huge and profitable so there is always room in that market and if your serious then lmay just have a unquie way of getting a members site going quickly in there.

Its a late for bed for me so l will probably skip it completely night whats left of it and make this quick post so when l do come back online later today l may have some feedback........

btw - i am an expert in forex, futures, stocks, options... but don't want to run this full time. i guess i can set it up and get the signals from friends or some signal service like you suggested.
after the initial setup, how time consuming will this be on my time?
what is the $ realistic potential for something like this?
i guess 100-200 subscribers and this is already cash flow positive?

please advise.

Hi Joe unlike you l am not an expert in the forex field however l don't need to be as and this is your answer regarding your statement that you don't want to run it full time , all you simply do is go and interview an expert and then get them into a JV split the profits, you can do this as many times as you want within the forex markets for every different discipline/category such as options , futures, stock...

You brought back many memories when l worked on thefloor as a yellow jacket many years ago here in the uk
