Okay so you have found an expert, booked the conference room and recorded the call, what's next?............

I don't know about you but finding customers came be difficult however here is the answer to your problems... all you have to do is go to a forum for your niche lets say its
gold in warcraft and you will find lots of people crazy about the subject that some may have a backend product that you could also sell on a JV with them.

It is also possible that many of the forum members are world of warcraft fanactics thay have their own products with a large mailing list......................

Now the best part you are about to create an reocurring income by starting your own members website using wordpress as the cmc system as its easy to implement and even easy to password protect a page or post......ps the password plugins are easily found on BHW forum.

Awesome post. Another thing I'd like to add to this is if your finding it difficult to get the really valuable questions, the ones that the customers wants to ask. You can give this little method a try.

Go to clickbank or google and search for the market or niche your thinking of entering, read the salesletters and jot down the bullet points and questions.

If the bullet says something like, "The simple and easy 3 step method to making massive amounts of gold". Then you could turn that into a question and ask your expert, or WOW expert in this example.

See, it doesn't have to be that hard. Or if your feeling lazy you could use questions like these:

"Can you tell me what the single biggest mistake people make when they start out in..."

"Many people have this problem with ...What can they do to get themselves out of this, or better yet how do we actually avoid..."

"What are the 2 best tactics that we can use when...and what are the disadvantages of using them"

Also, when your interviewing your expert, don't just ask questions one after the other, but try to drill deeper and dig out even more stuff from the answer before moving onto the next one. If you do that, not only would you kill lots of time on the call and wouldn't run out of questions that easily.

Great post, Nicho! I have heard of RTIR though haven't used them. I am wondering if you pay the "expert" for the interview? After all, you are planning to create a product and monetize it from their information. What has been your experience?

@shin0210- I like your list of questions and ideas for coming up with additional ones. I'd also like to suggest setting up a survey on ASK database or something similar and asking your target market what they want to know.

Also, many "experts" will have a series of canned questions they can supply you ahead of time. Then you both know what to expect on the call. I have done this a couple times when conducting phone interviews with experts on live calls.

backtobasics to to address your questions....no you don't have the experts as they are deparate to get more exposure...they are all trying to reach guru status and like most of us need to be heard for the old ego.

As to creating a product this system is absolutley sensational...here's why?

You record absolutely everything you from the moment you start planning to find and interview an expert....this is your next product for an upsell to the luck few who sign up for the early bird package.

You can repeat wash and rinse this system every time regardless of the niche or person...happy new year...

membership sites are definitely in my plan for 2010.

Very interested idea, has anyone really tired this one out? I'm sure you could sell these products on digital point as a 'ready to sell' product, if not just invest in clickbank and a decent landing page. I'm sure there is a lot of money to be made.

I am not sure that there is enough room inhere to post this but l can if needed do some follow up posts.

Here's an example from one of my very early posts on the forum, this is a few years old now but the website and product is still earning me money with at least one sale a day.

I first got the idea of finding an expert in the old days of all of the bulletin boards and lists you could join, my target was to build a list of hot hungry people for free then sell them a product.

Here's the niche...and the system l used which still works today..maybe even better.

Yahoo Newsgroups a real goldmine if done properly...and free!

I orginally looked for newsgroups l could join that had large memberships and that you had to join...that was important because it meant that any content in the membership had not been indexed by google and that l could use for whatever l wanted.

I settled on a niche that was very popular.....labrador dogs and everything that went with it...care...feeding...training.

I joined the group and lurked in the background for a while made a few helpful posts then put my plan into action.

I told them that l was looking for a labrador but had not owned a dog before and didn't know much about how to look after one or train one and asked if any of the members could give me there own personal experience or tips.

The forum had a system for alerts in an email form...around a month later l downloaded just over 4,000 emails all with their personal information and more importntly , their name and email address


All l simply did at the time was to put together a simple pdf report and titled it 4000, inside tips to caring and training your labrador dog. Then l sent a teaser email to them asking if they wanted the report as it had their inside tips in and as an expert in dog care and training would they like to be included in the final report.

About two thirds replied in a postive manner which meant that they were now opt in email lists without them even realising.

The teaser pdf l sent them was bascially a salespage with an offer of an upgrade to the full product at 9.95cents and as expected the majority of them bit and purchased and it is still selling today..maybe not as well as l would want but it was a set and forget system.

My question to you is just how many newsgroups, lists, niche forums are out there....even BHW has over 14,000 members..food for thought for 2010.

Thanks nicho, this is great advice. I love the fact you are thinking out of the box and this has great potential. Expert interviews will add weight and substance to my own products, plus help to separate my site from all the junk that is out there..

I think this is one of the smartest ways of building a product and making a site and selling them info they already know

i was just curious if there are any other ways of getting traffic besides jv? I enjoy the idea of affiliate pushing the product but i would assume that at 20$ bux a pop they might not be inclinded to sell this.

i would like to thank you for such a great response. I had to re-read your methodology just to see if it would apply to me.. (i am working on a male enhancement lifesyle program) and debated whether or not members would like to tell other members about getting a bigger penis and what not.. but then it inspired me to tweek my site so that I would be able to bring affiliates as well as the product at the same time. Will post more when it goes live.

I was wondering if the majority of your sites are affiliate based or just a good joint venture with other promoters? And do you usually concentrate on one niche so that your affiliates can promote a similar product?

If you think about it my systems are not really any different from the forthcoming magicbullet system that is being launched again shortly after the initial release. Its all stage managed its been created by amish who got jay styles to create the program, together they went to Frank Kearns to handle the promotion as he has all of the affiliates with the big lists.

So you can see that you can use this method for any product or service, indeed the magicbullet is a six week course that works with their software, not bad for a six week members site really is it.

This little tip is for BirdieBob who needs to find ideas and niches to work on bear with me on this as it was based upon a membership site l created 10 years ago and is still running today.

This little idea was and is still valid and can't be saturated so help yourselves............

Here in the UK we have car boots l guess you have the same in the USA but call them different things or maybe yard sales or garage sales...............

Here's what l did as the pilot test..........it works every time.....never fails.

How would you like total proof that any niche works before you even do any work with it or spend a dime? and you can turn it into a members site.

Your going to get up on a sunday morning and take your other half down the car boot and your personal budget for the day is around 10 dollars.

What your looking for is tatty old magazines or a series of magazines that are fairly old but are not collectors items in any way, well not to anyone else there not.

Have a burger when you have done your buyig then take them all home because it time to do your research......................Now because l live in the UK , it will again be slightly different in the USA but the method will still apply and work.

Here's what l did, l opened an old 10 yr financial magazine and flipped through and l was only looking for the adverts nothing else, l found several that l cut out, one was how to start your own mortagage advice service.

Fast forward l visited the newspaper shops the next day and was able to get a current copy of the old financial magazine and when l flipped through it, low and behold l fpond the almost the same advert but with the same copy inside it and l sent off for the package which cost just over 35usd.

It arrived some 5 days later and it was basically a simple booklet with a few instructions on where to apply directly to the commercial banks to get abetter rate on mortgages.

I could produce the same exact information for cents, yet here was this man who has been running a advert for over 10yrs and it must be so profitable that he is still selling it today.

It would have been childs play to copy his operation overnight and take a share of his business as he has already provided all of my research and proven advertising.

There are opportunities like this everywhere and each can be turned into a stand alone business or members account very easily...............................

So get out your old mags etc and look at the adverts.....now you could do what l have just explained and start an offline and online members site just uncovering and explaining adverts that have been running for 5 to 10 years and are proven winners.....thats got to have at least 9.95usd per month on a monthly wordpress members website.

Mkaes you think eh 1000 members at 9.95usd ...you do the numbers
