I was uploading one video to my new channel and am getting this error.
My video is 45 min Long and 200 mb - 720 p. How can I solve this ?

I think you channel need to be mobile verified to upload videos longer than 15 mins and to post custom thumbs.

Try to cut the video in half and post " x - part 1" and " x - part 2" you can also add some cliffhanger in the middle probably a waste to upload a 45-minute video since you'll get 2 videos that target your audience rather than the one

the most simple solution, use OBS to stream that video as a livestream, youtube will process it and save it as a regular video after the livestream is done.
