Process to sell Facebook pages?

What is the process to go about selling FB pages? How do you transfer ownership properly? ... Is it just simple as having the new owner change the password? Obviously, I have never sold a FB page before so anyone who knows about this process please enlighten me, thanks!

1-Find A buyer
2- Make a deal
3- make sure u receive the money
4- make him admin (not editor or mod )
5- thank him

I think youy just give password and he change it.
There is no 2rights" that can be sold i guess
