Problems with Big Ads

Hi people

I started yesterday to test Bing Ads and I know new things take some time to learn. The daily budget is now only 5 eur/day and keyword bid is 0,33 euros. Targeted locations are main English speaking countries in the world. I use only exact and phrase keywords (duplicated). There are long tale keywords like "best treatment for thrush", "natural cures for yeast infections", "treatment for yeast infection" and so on. About 250 keywords.

I changed my ip to USA (I live in Europe) and used Bing.com and search with my keywords like "can male yeast infection kill you" and my ads not appeared. 0,33 euros bid / keyword is not much but those are long tale keywords...

So what I'm doing wrong? Maybe I have to use more broad keywords? Higher bids?

Its not like that OP. Dont think too much just wait and see traffic coming. Dont forget to use tracker to see which exact keyword is converting for you and discard keyword with most traffic and zero conversions (Basically optimization)

Let them ads for a few days and then check the results. Resist the temptations.
